A Technology Survey

I've been putting together a sophisticated (i.e. question branching) technology survey with three goals in mind.

  1. Shine a light on any technology details that require further investigation
  2. Initiate a dialog upfront so we can properly influence decision makers about the repercussion (time, cost, quality) of there choices
  3. Create a rough specification before any client-side development begins on a project

You can view the technology survey form here: http://form.jotform.us/form/21155969649165

To view all the branches (the entire form) open up some sort of developer tools in a browser (I use chrome http://gyazo.com/a8fca627ed9ebdc048e3cc134332403e) and add a CSS display property value for all li's with a value of "block !important".

I've labored (with input from @mundizzle & @nickcoole) over every question. How it was asked. Why it was asked. And what details it will extract about a project. I've purposely made it generic, simple, and short. What do you think?
